Weddings and civil partnership ceremonies are a time for celebration and the marking of a new stage in people’s lives. Storytelling is important. At a wedding or a civil partnership, it might be how you first met and became a couple. It might be the things that make your partner the perfect fit for you. It might be the music or a poem that perfectly expresses your love for each other. I conduct wedding ceremonies in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset.
Please note a celebrant-led wedding ceremony is not the legal part of your marriage.
Renewal of your Vows
At a renewal of vows, it might be those moments that led you to celebrate your journey as a committed couple. You might include the things that annoy you about your partner, but you still love them anyway! You might include your special love song that has stood the test of time. It would be exciting to hear and capture your unique story.
Extra special touches
All of the ceremonies above have extra elements. This could be a unity sand element, parchment signing or a wishing jar. However, none of these ideas might appeal to you. You might have your own ideas about the different elements that you would like to include. You might want a more minimalistic ceremony. Your ceremony can be simple or more complex; it can be more traditional or more informal. We would work together to make sure that your ceremony is the perfect fit for you.
