Prices for Wedding, Civil Partnership and Renewal of Vows.

The packages below apply to wedding, civil partnership and renewal of vows ceremonies:

IVORY PACKAGE – £575

• Initial meeting on Zoom or Teams to discuss the ceremony – free of charge. This helps you decide if I am the right celebrant for you.
• Meeting to discuss the ceremony content and running order to meet your wishes.
• Parchment signing and keepsake.
• Inclusion of one extra element such as a unity candle, handfasting etc.
• One draft ceremony approval with contact between us to agree the changes.
• Fourty five minutes allocated for the couple’s rehearsal at a venue of your choice.
• Ceremony delivery.
• Ceremony pack for you to have as a keepsake.

PEARL PACKAGE – £725

• Initial meeting on Zoom or Teams to discuss the ceremony – free of charge. This helps you decide if I am the right celebrant for you.
• Two meetings to discuss the ceremony content and running order to meet your wishes.
• Parchment signing and keepsake.
• Inclusion of one to two extra elements. This could include unity candle, handfasting etc.
• Guidance on the venue and adjustments that need to be made e.g. seating or sound.
• One hour allocated for a couple’s rehearsal of the ceremony at a venue of your choice.
• Draft ceremony for you to approve with two opportunities to make changes.
• Ceremony delivery.
• Ceremony pack for you to have as a keepsake.

SUNSET GOLD PACKAGE – £850

• Initial meeting on Zoom or Teams to discuss the ceremony – free of charge. This helps you decide if I am the right celebrant for you.
• Extended meeting to discuss the ceremony content. This meeting could include family or friends who want to contribute. We would agree the ceremony running order to ensure that your wishes are met.
• Parchment signing and keepsake.
• In depth research into poems and readings that truly honour your relationship, outlook on life or love.
• Inclusion of extra elements according to your wishes. This could include unity candle, handfasting, jump the broom, guests warming the rings before the ceremony or a wishing jar or something bespoke and personal to you.
• Ninety minutes allocated for a couple’s rehearsal of the ceremony at a venue of your choosing. This can include other family members, your photographer, your wedding planner etc.
• Online meeting to go through the draft ceremony to agree edits so that the ceremony meets all of your needs.
• Liaison with musicians and venues before the ceremony to ensure that the day runs smoothly.
• Ceremony delivery.
• A premium printed ceremony pack for you to have as a keepsake.

(There may be an extra travel cost for each package if the ceremony is a certain distance outside of Exeter.
This can be agreed in advance. All packages have a £75 deposit fee which is payable at the time of booking.)
