Prices for Memorials, Funerals and Scattering of Ashes

The packages below apply to Memorials, Funerals and Scattering of Ashes:

THE THOUGHTFUL FAREWELL

This package is for a traditional cremation, natural burial or graveside ceremony. It includes:

• A face to face or online meeting to discuss the ceremony, including music choices, poems, readings and the life story (eulogy). We would discuss and agree the ceremony running order so that your wishes are met.
• Once I have written the ceremony, there will be a one draft revision. This helps you prepare for the day and makes sure you are comfortable with the complete ceremony.
• Liaison with the Funeral Director and the venue over elements such as the Order of Service, music and arrangements for the day.
• A printed copy of the ceremony as a keepsake.

PRICING: The Funeral Director pays me directly for my services and my payment is included in the fee that you pay them.

A LIFE REMEMBERED WITH LOVE

This package is for celebration of life ceremonies and memorials, including post direct cremation ceremonies. It includes:

• Initial meeting on Zoom or Teams to discuss the ceremony – free of charge. This helps you decide if I am the right celebrant for you.
• Meeting you face to face to gather your ideas on storytelling, music and poem to honour your loved one in a personal way. We would discuss and agree the ceremony running order to ensure that your wishes are met.
• Planning a ceremony that sits outside the traditional funeral setting, format and rituals that supports your loss and gives your loved one a personal farewell.
• Two draft approvals including your edits, so it has the personal touches and emotional impact that you want.
• Guidance about the venue that to ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly. Venues might include your home, a garden, a village hall or a hospitality venue.
• I am able to offer you flexibility on dates and times, including weekends.
• A printed copy of the ceremony as a keepsake.

PRICING: The fee for A Life Remembered With Love package is £265.

A MOSAIC OF MEMORIES

This package is highly bespoke and personal. It includes:
• Initial meeting on Zoom or Teams to discuss the ceremony – free of charge. This helps you decide if I am the right celebrant for you.
• An extended meeting to discuss the ceremony, music choices, poems, readings and life story. This meeting should include anyone who wants to contribute to the ceremony. We would discuss and agree the ceremony running so your wishes are met.
• In depth research into poems and readings that truly honour your loved one’s outlook on life, relationships, different life chapters or passions.
• Any custom rituals that honour a belief, heritage or passion.
• Two draft ceremony approval including edits or changes to the running order so that the ceremony has the bespoke elements and intimate impact that you want. This can be done via an online meeting.
• Liaison with musicians or venues so that the ceremony is perfect.
• I am able to offer you flexibility on dates and times, including weekends.
• A premium printed copy of the ceremony as a keepsake.

PRICING: The price for the A Mosaic of Memories package is £350.

SCATTERING OF ASHES – prices for this are available on request.

For the A Life Remembered With Love, Mosaic Of Memories and Scattering Of Ashes ceremonies, there may be an extra travel cost for these packages if ceremonies are a certain distance outside of Exeter.

This can be agreed in advance.

These three packages have a £75 deposit fee which is payable at the time of booking.
